Writer/Director

Jochem de Vries (1979) studied at the Utrecht School of the Arts. After his graduation he followed some screenwriting courses and made short films. In 2007-2008 Jochem attended a Masterclass at the Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing in Warsaw, Poland. Here he developed the script of Cornea. His latest short film Missen was nominated for a Palm d'Or at the 62nd Festival de Cannes

 

Cinematographer

Remko Schnorr (1974) graduated from the Film Academy in Amsterdam in 2000. He shot many commercials, videoclips and short films. He was cinematographer for two documentaries from Sophie Fiennes (The Pervert's Guide to Cinema, Over Your Cities Grass Will Grow). Remko shot various tv-series and 3 feature films. Producer

Trent (1971) graduated from the Film Academy in Amsterdam in 1997. Since 2005 he re-established NFI Productions. He produced 6 features (Can Go Through Skin, by Esther Rots, was selected for the Forum section of Berlin Film Festival) and 6 shorts films. Editor

Manuel Rombley (1977) graduated from the Film Academy in Amsterdam in 2003. He was editor on many commercials, videoclips, short films, documentaries and tv series. He edited 2 feature films (Oliver etc. and Hunting & Zn by Sander Burger). Jochem and Manuel have been working together on two productions including the short film Missen. Manuel on IMDB.

 

Production Designer

Wilbert van Dorp started his career in film as construction manager for Peter Greenaway’s ZOO in 1985, moving on to production design in 1989. Wilbert designs the sets for Dutch and international filmproductions, and does the artdirection for commercials and shows. Titles include Peter Greenaway’s Pillow Book and Paul Verhoeven’s Black Book . With 53 movies and a long list of commercials on his resumé, Wilbert is referred to as a genuine ‘heavyweight’. Lighting

Daan de Boer (1970) graduated from the Film Academy in Amsterdam and decided to focus on lighting. He worked together with Remko Schnorr on many TV series, short films and features. He experiments with every facet of the lightning process to get everything as perfect as possible.
